Birgitte Alstrøm is a senior leader, who possesses an impressive record in driving organizational efficiency and customer engagement by revitalizing underperforming teams. For more than 15 years with six companies, she has re-energized multidisciplinary teams that displayed lackluster performance. She transforms them into high-performing collaborators, who produce an immediate positive impact on the bottom line, and on employee and customer satisfaction.

Previously, as Senior Director of Online Development at TDC (Denmark’s leading telecom provider), she headed the Internet development efforts of all Online channels. Since joining the firm in 2006, she was promoted numerous times and turned around several strategic online projects, delivering them on time and on budget despite very aggressive business and competitive pressures. Named a TDC leader with top management potential, Birgitte has been handpicked to develop effective and re-energized employees.

Prior to TDC, Birgitte was a Project Manager for BlueCom Holding (Consumer Electronics Firm), where she delivered a global e-commerce site with minimal head count, enabling the firm to provide 24×7 operations. Prior to BlueCom Holding, she was a Marketing Manager for Oriflame (Global Beauty Firm), where she managed the marketing team to deliver direct mail, advertising, and PR campaigns.

Earlier in her career, she was the Manager of Digital Media and Customer Loyalty at the well-known, leading Danish retailer, Magasin du Nord, where she was instrumental in helping the company launch its first website and online sales channel.
